    Jumbo Raisen Cookies


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups raisens
    • 1 cup margarine
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 4 cups flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp allspice


    Instructions


    1. Add 1 cup of water to raisens and boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and cooled raisens. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
