    Spinach Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients




    Spinach Meat Loaf

    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    6 oz fresh spinach, finely chopped
    1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 cup tomato juice, or V-8 juice
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    2 carrots, grated
    garlic
    salt and pepper


    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 325�.

    Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. If mixture is not moist enough add more tomato juice. Place into a loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
