    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and rinsed
    2 cups SR flour
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Make a well in flour and add in butter, egg and milk. Mix until blended. Stir in sausage and cheese.

    Bake in greased muffin tins at 375� for about 20 minutes.
