Egg Substitute

Eggless baking can sometimes be tricky. If it doesn't work, follow the old saying; "Try, try, and try again.
Note: This recipe is not meant to replace eggs in really eggy dishes, such as scrambled eggs, quiches or custard pies. This is more or less for substituting eggs in baking cookies and the like.
The Fake Egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons water
Recipe
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a fork or wire whisk until foamy.
