    15 ounces pumpkin
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters� 99% egg substitute
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cloves

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie tin sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400� for 15 minutes, then at 375� for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with Cool Whip Free.
