    1 box sugar-free lime flavor gelatin -- (0.3 oz)
    1/4 cup boiling water
    2 containers fat-free, sugar-free lime pie yogurt -- (8 oz each)
    1 container Cool Whip Free -- (8 oz) thawed
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust


    Recipe



    In large heat resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt; with wooden spoon, fold in whipped topping.
    Transfer mixture to prepared crust and refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours.

    Per Serving: 126 Calories; 4g Fat (26.0% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 152mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Lean Meat; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk.

    NOTES : I have also made this with strawberry jello, strawberry yogurt, and added a cup of strawberries. You can use any combination of yogurt and jello.
