    Using fat-free cheeses, and light butter cut the fat content by 10 grams!

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
    2 tablespoons light butter -- melted
    1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
    2 tablespoons fat-free Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In a 13" x 9" baking pan, arrange the tomatoes around the chicken. In a medium bowl combine the soup mix, 3/4 cup of water and butter until blended; pour over chicken and tomatoes, and bake 25 minutes at 350�.

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan cheese over chicken and bake an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
