    4 cups cooked pasta
    2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
    5 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    2 largeapples, peeled and cubed
    1 cup seedless grapes, halved
    20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
    11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons skim milk
    sugar substitute equivalent to 1 Tbsp. of sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    dash nutmeg

    Recipe



    Chill pasta and chicken thoroughly. Mix the chicken, celery, apple, grapes, pineapple, oranges and pasta in large bowl.

    Mix the mayonnaise, milk, sugar substitute, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

    Combine the mayonnaise and chicken mixtures and toss.

    Serves: 12
