    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons Canola or olive oil
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon dill weed
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon celery seed

    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate leftovers; shake well before serving.

    Yield: 1 cup

    Per Serving (assuming a 2 Tbsp. serving): 48 Calories; 3g Fat (60.3% calories from fat); trace Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 1mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.

    NOTES : Any flavor vinegar can be used - such as balsamic, wine or rice vinegar. I prefer the wine vinegar.
