Recipe Introduction
I had this recipe for the first time at my childhood best friend, Amelia's house. It was so delicious and unlike anything I had ever had before. As a grownup, I still think it tastes pretty good and brings back many memories.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag tater tots
8 oz. shredded cheese, I like cheddar
Half Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 bag of tator tots
1 c. shredded cheese, cheddar
Recipe
Brown and season ground beef. in 9 x 13 casserole dish layer tater tots ground beef then spread the soups over ground beef and top with mozzarella cheese Bake in 425 degrees oven for at least one half hour or until hot all the way threw. Let sit 5 minutes before serving
Variations - Use ground turkey instead of ground beef and you can use different cream soups and cheddar cheese soup.
