1/3 Cup French Dressing
2 Pounds Grade AA Round Steak (3/4 Inch Thick)Recipe
Pour French dressing over steak 1 hour before broiling. Turn once so both sides will be seasoned. Lay meat on broiler grill. Place broiler pan so surface of meat is 2 inches from broiling unit. Broil 8 minutes on each side. Yields 4 servings.
