    Hot Artichoke and Green Chile Dip

    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts -- chopped and blanched
    1 4 ounce can diced green chiles -- or more
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

    Mix and place in a shallow casserole dish. Top with a little shredded jack cheese. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly around edges. Run under the broiler for a minute to brown cheese if desired.
