    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    4 slices bacon -- chopped (can use 4-6 slices)
    1 onion -- chopped
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup white wine -- or more if needed
    1 can tomato paste

    Partially cook bacon and onion. Drain the grease.

    Push bacon and onion aside and brown chicken breasts.

    Stir together the wine and tomato paste. Pour over chicken and add mushrooms.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer until chicken is done. Add more wine if necessary.
