List of Ingredients

9-inch pie crust

FILLING:
1 stick of butter
1 square baking chocolate or 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. AP flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten



Recipe

Heat oven to 325F.

Melt the butter and stir in the following five ingredients. Allow to cool slightly. Temper the beaten eggs with the mixture and then mix the tempered eggs into the chocolate mixture. Mix well � it will look like brownie batter. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly.
