    Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    • 4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
    • 2 T. sliced green onions
    • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/2 c. crushed ritz crackers


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, swiss cheese and onions. Spread in a 2 1/2 c. casserole dish or 9" pie pan. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning dish every 2 minutes.

    2. Sprinkle with combined bacon and cracker crumbs.
