    Liptauer Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    • 8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
    • 2 t. capers, drained
    • 1 T. anchovy paste
    • 3 green onions, both white and green parts, chopped
    • 1 t. caraway seeds, crushed
    • 2 t. hot or sweet paprika
    • 1 t. grainy mustard
    • 1/8 t. cayenne


    Instructions


    1. Combine the all the ingredients in a processor or mixer bowl and mix until pureed (if you use a mixer, use the paddle attachment). Refrigerate 1 hour or more before serving.



    Final Comments


    Makes 2 � cups.
