Liptauer Cheese Dip

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
- 2 t. capers, drained
- 1 T. anchovy paste
- 3 green onions, both white and green parts, chopped
- 1 t. caraway seeds, crushed
- 2 t. hot or sweet paprika
- 1 t. grainy mustard
- 1/8 t. cayenne
Instructions
- Combine the all the ingredients in a processor or mixer bowl and mix until pureed (if you use a mixer, use the paddle attachment). Refrigerate 1 hour or more before serving.
Final Comments
Makes 2 � cups.
