    Delicious with Marlene's Crispy Pork Chops.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup of Ketchup
    2 T. Mirin
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 T. sugar
    1 t. minced gingerroot

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients and allow to stand about 30 minutes at room temperature.
