Hi Kim,
Andiesenji from eGullet.
Your recipe collection is impressive.
I have a cake recipe (also posted in RecipeGullet) that you can have if you would like it. It is a different enough to be interesting and is an excellent keeper - a fruited cocoa cake that is from a really old family receipt.
Let me know if you want it.

Hi Kim!
it's me christine 007 from egullet, just giving you a shout out because I love your cooking! out of all the egulleters, you have almost the exact same tastes in foods and cooking that I do! And, your Grandma Jean's beef casserole is something I've been making for years, handing down from my late mother in law, only difference is we call it zippy beef!
Here's something you and mr. kim would love, simple and oh so good
we call them english muffin thingies.
we toast the cut side only of as many english muffins as we want. you put them on a cookie sheet and top with boiled ham, bacon slices, and tomato slices. Bake at 400, till the tomatos are kind of melty and warm.
top with cheese of your choice, return to oven until the cheese melts..
you can butter the muffin halfs before topping, we never bother.
my family calls these crack sammies!
let me know if you make them, they're really good for a snack and you can cut them in quarters and put them on toothpicks for a party.
I thought of them when I saw your little baby ruebens.
anyway, thanks for sharing your talent, and happy cooking!
Regards
Christine.

Kim, was looking for a beef stroganoff recipe - I have 3 but lost my favorite one. Just cruising the site makes me hungry. Have a great T-giving and Xmas holiday.

Hi Kim,
I've been "lurking" at Egullet for years, and have only been inspired to comment on a blog twice before (Susan in NY, and an Asian gentleman in CA)..you are my third!!
I just have to tell you how much I love your spirit...your love of life and family shines through your cooking and writing. Just knowing that you're in this world makes me a little happier today.
Best of luck to you and your family

I have tried some of your recipes from MiMi's web site. I think what I enjoy the most are your recipe introductions. You always add the best commentary. I will return to your site again. So many recipes - so little time!!

2/18/2008 I LOVED this---just had a little bit of time to scan, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Eve AND Christmas A.M. menus and recipes, even the shopping lists---that's just how I do it, too, and lots of the dishes are the same.I'll look in again soon---enjoying it immensely.rachel<<<
