    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cubed peeled cantaloupe, divided
    • 2 cups cubed peeled honeydew melon, divided
    • 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 6 fresh mint leaves


    Instructions


    1. Arrange 1 cup cantaloupe and 1 cup honeydew in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours.
    2. Place frozen cantaloupe, frozen honeydew, remainng 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup honeydew, frozen yogurt, water and mint leaves in a blender, and process until smooth.

    YIELD: 3 Servings (Serving Size: 1-cup each serving)
