    List of Ingredients

    8 eggs
    2 pounds powdered sugar
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Oil of anise
    Enough flour to make stiff dough

    Recipe



    Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and beat until light and foamy. Add oil of anise and salt and beat well, add baking powder and flour. Roll on floured board and mold in a wooden cookie mold. Bake next day.
