Cookie press.hot (400 degree) oven.Yield: 8 dozen.

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon




Recipe

Cream butter, sugar until light, fluffy. Add egg yolks, vanilla; beat well. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt together. Add dry in�gredients to creamed mixture in three additions. Place cooky dough in Cooky Press; make desired shapes on ungreased Cooky Sheet. Brush cooky with unbeaten egg white. Combine sugar, cinnamon; sprinkle over cooky. Bake 8-10 minutes in hot (400 degree) oven.
