List of Ingredients




3 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 C sifted cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
whipping cream

Recipe



Beat eggs until they become stiff and frothy in bowl. Use high speed. On low speed, add sugar then flour mixed with baking powder. Add vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and roll up to form a flower with the the folded side down and let cool.
Fill center with sweetened whipped cream. Decorate if desired with a piece of candied orange peel in center. A variety of fillings may be used.
