Recipe Introduction

Cookie press. 400-425 degrees. Bake 10-12 minutes.

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt


Recipe

Cream shortening. Add syrup, beaten egg yolk and grated orange rind. Add flour sifted with salt. Force through cooky press to form desired shapes. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
