Cookie press. (400 degree.) oven. Yield: 4 dozen.

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
7/8 cup sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt




Recipe

Cream peanut butter, butter, sugar until light, fluffy. Add egg; beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in three additions. Place cookie dough in Cookie Press; make desired shapes on ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in hot (400 degree.) oven.
Yield: 4 dozen.
