Recipe Introduction

Cookie press. (400 degree) oven. Yield: 6 dozen.

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 3/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt





Recipe

Cream butter, sugar until light, fluffy. Add egg, orange extract; beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in three additions. Place cookie dough in Cookie Press; make desired shapes on ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in hot (400 degree) oven.
Yield: 6 dozen.
