    • 1 1/2 C butter
    • 1 C powdered sugar
    • 4 C cake flour


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter thoroughly. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Work in flour with hands. Press into 3 pie tins, 1/2 inch thick.Prick with fork at even, frequent intervals

    2. Bake in 300 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool and wrap in wax paper and let age several weeks.
