List of Ingredients



• 3/4 C sugar
  
• 1/2 C butter
  
• 1/2 C shortening
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 C salted sunflower seeds
  
• 2 C flour
  






Instructions



1. Cream together the sugar and butter. mix in rest of ingredients and chill slightly.
   
   
2. Make large size balls of dough, so that when flattened they are the size of the bottom of a pie tin. Press down with a sugar dipped pie tin.
   
   
3. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes.
