Recipe Introduction

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

List of Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten until light
3/4 C sugar
1 C pastry flour, presifted
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice


Recipe

Add the sugar to the eggs. Whip until creamy.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add flour mixture and extract to the egg mixture and blend.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
