    Macroons, Walnut

    List of Ingredients

    1 egg white
    1 C brown sugar
    pinch salt
    1 T lemon juice
    2/3 C chopped walnuts

    Recipe

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar a little at atime, then walnuts, salt and lemon juice. Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on buttered parchment. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
