    Grain Wraps, Chicken and

    Recipe Introduction

    You can use a variety of grains, such as amaranth, barley, etc....or use a single grain of choice.

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 C cooked quinoa
    1/3 C cooked brown rice
    1/3 C cooked millet
    1 poached chicken breast, shredded
    sliced, sauteed mushrooms
    cooked or canned garbanzo beans
    canned green chilies
    sour cream

    Recipe

    Heat until pliable 1 dozen wraps (or tortillas). Put 2 heaping tablespoons of grains on lower half of each wrap. Add as much chicken as desired, keeping in mind how much filling will fit when the wrap is rolled. Add a few mushrooms and about 6 garbanzos to each, a teaspoon of green chilies and a heaping teaspoon of sour cream. Fold up bottom of wrap and then both outside ends in and roll up.
