    List of Ingredients

    3 egg whites, beaten stiff and dry
    1 C powdered sugar
    1 quart cream, whipped
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe

    To beaten egg whites, add powdered sugar. Continue beating until well mixed. Fold whipped cream in and vanilla. Pack in a 1 pound can. Fill full. Place sheets of buttered paper on top. Put lids on and pack in equal parts of salt and ice. Let stand 2 hours or more.

    Var; fruits and nuts may be added.
