4 packages lime Jello
4 C hot water
6 C sugar
juice of 8 lemons
rinds of lemon, grated
4 quarts milk, scant


Recipe

Mix jello and hot water and let cool. combine rest of ingredients thoroughly. Freeze in shallow pan(s). Remove and beat once, when of a mushy consistency return to freezer.
