Ice, Peach Apricot

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 C sugar
2 C water
1/3 C apricot nectar
1 T lemon juice
Recipe
Cook the peaches, sugar and water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until peaches are very tender, 5 minutes. Cool.
Puree in food processor with nectar and lemon juice. Pour into a chilled 9x13 inch dish. Freeze until ice forms around edges, about 1/2 hour. With a fork stir to incorporate ice. Freeze and stir every 1/2 hour until thick and slushy, 3 hours
To serve, Scrape surface to create crystals. Pile into glass dishes and serve immediately.
