1/2 Pineapple, peeled and cored (approximately 2 Cups pineapple chunks)
1/2 Cup Water
8 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
Recipe
Puree the pineapple chunks, water, and sugar in a food processor or blender until smooth. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour. After the mixture is chilled, prepare in your ice cream maker accordingly.
