1 C firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp molasses
2 C sour cream
1 C half-and-half
Recipe
Whisk the sugar with the vanilla and l lemon juice. Add the molasses after the sugar crystals are uniformly moist. Add the sour cream and half-and-half and whisk until well combined
Process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions
For best results, freeze about 2 hours after churning.
