List of Ingredients



• 1 2/3 C evaporated milk
  
• 1/4 C sugar
  
• 1/2 C water
  
• 2 T cornstarch
  
• 1-10 ounce package frozen strawberries, Half thawed
  






Instructions



1. Freeze one cup of the milk until icy cold. Beat 2/3 cup of the milk, sugar water, and cornstarch, 10 seconds.
   
   
2. Pour into a pan and cook until thickened, over medium heat. Chill thoroughly.
   
   
3. Whip cold milk 60 seconds, until stiff. add chilled milk mix and beat 20 seconds. Add berries and grind 5 seconds.
   
   
4. Pour into trays and freeze, covered with plastic wrap.
