    4 C small chunks of seeded watermelon
    3 T sugar

    Recipe

    Put melon and sugar in 1 gallon sealable bag. Shake to mix. Squeeze out air, seal bag and freeze flat for 4 hours.Bend bag to separate chunks. Puree in blender in 2 batches until smooth.
    Serves 5
