Take a piece of aluminum foil.
Layer
1 Hamburger Pattie
Thinly sliced potato
thinly sliced onion
Salt to taste

Wrap it up securely. You might even want to put an extra layer of aluminum foil over the outside.

These are intended to be cooked for over an hour in the edge of the campfire, but you can make them ahead and then throw them in the campfire to reheat, when you are ready to eat.
