List of Ingredients
Circular loaf of pumpernickle bread
1/2 cup sauerkraut chopped and drained
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. sliced corned beef, finely diced
2-3 tbs. milk
Cut center out of pumpernickle bread
Cut interior portions into squares for dipping
Combine and heat all ingredients except milk, in sauce pan over low until heated through.
Thin with milk if necessary.
Put dip in center of bread bowl.
Place squares of bread around the bowl.
