    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 cup minced onions
    1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    2 bay leaves
    dash saffron
    1 cup diced chicken, uncooked
    1/2 cup diced lobster, cooked
    1 cup crab meat
    1/2 cup chopped shrimp, cooked
    3/4 cup chopped clams, cooked
    1 cup regular rice, uncooked
    1/2 lb. slices chorizo sausage
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    1 cup green peas, uncooked
    2 t. salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 cup sherry wine
    dozen mussels
    lobster claws


    Saute in 1/3 cup olive oil, the garlic, onions, peppers, bay leaf, saffron.
    Add chicken; cook 15-20 min.
    Add seafood and sausage.
    Add rice to remaining 1/3 cup olive oil. Fry until light brown.
    Combine fish mixture, rice, water, salt, pepper in paella dish or large pan. Simmer 15 min. or until rice is cooked.
    Add peas and mix through.
    Top with mussels and lobster claws.
    Place in 350 oven for 20 min. until dry amd mussels open.
    Remove from oven; add Sherry and let stand 10 min.
