List of Ingredients
4 cups fresh cut-up rhubarb
2 cups flour
3 t. baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1 t. cinammon
1 cup sugar
1 t. salt
2/3 cup milk
Heat oven to 450.
In ungreased 9x9x2 pan mix rhubarb and 3/4 cup sugar.
Place in oven.
Measure flour, 2 T. sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Pour oil and milk into cup and pour all at once into flour mixture.
Stir until mixutre cleans side of bowl and forms ball.
Drop dough by 9 spoonsful onto hot fruit.
Dot with butter.
Mix 2 T. sugar and the cinnamon.
Sprinkle on biscuits. Bake 20-25 min.
