Chicken & Mushrooms in Sour Cream Sauce
List of Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup flour
1/2 t. paprika
6 T butter
salt and pepper
1 lb. fresh muchrooms, sliced
2 cups sour cream
Dust chicken in flour/paprika.
Brown on both sides in hot butter.
Put in lasagna pan and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Brown mushrooms lightly in butter.
Put on top of chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
Add sour cream, seasoned with 1/2 t. salt.
Bake 10 min. longer until cream heated
Sprinkle with paprika.
