    Duck with Oysters

    List of Ingredients

    1 duck
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 qt. stuffing
    1 cup oysters
    1.4 cup melted butter
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 t. paprika
    1/8 t. thyme


    Season duck cavity and outside with salt and pepper.
    To stuffing add oysters, drained and chopped.
    Use liquor as part of liquid.
    Place duck on rack.
    Cover and bake in slow oven 325, about 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove cover to brown.
    Baste with mixture of butter, lemon juice, paprika and thyme.
