List of Ingredients
2 bags baby spinach
One pint fresh blueberries
One cup frozen baby peas
One cup shredded high quality Parmesan cheese or Feta
Extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
1, Wash spinach well. . Pick off the long stems.
2. Toss with blueberries, peas, and cheese.
3. Toss well then pour over a generous amount of olive oil, a few dashes of sherry vinegar, salt and pepper
