Winter Corn Casserole
2 whole eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 package corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
� cup butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
� cup chopped green onion
� cup chopped green chilesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together corn with liquid, muffin mix, sour cream & melted butter.
Add � of the green onions and all to the chiles.
Pour into a 13 inch casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with cheddar and remaining green onion.
Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm.
