Sweetheart Pizza Trio
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 cup hot water
2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar or mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz)
2 cups sliced pepperoni
Recipe
Heat oven to 425�.
Stir together baking mix and yeast; add water and beat vigorously.
Turn dough onto well-floured board and knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Allow dough to rest a few minutes.
Divide dough into three parts.
Roll each part about 1/4 inch thick on ungreased baking sheet.
Shape each into a heart; pinch edge to make slight
rim.
Spread tomato sauce almost to edge of each heart.
Layer with remaining ingredients.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes;
