List of Ingredients
4 (about 1 lb. total) 1/2-inch-thick pork chops
4 cups refrigerated diced potatoes
1 pkg.(1.25 oz.) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar (16 oz.) ORTEGA SALSA PRIMA - Homestyle Mild
PLACE pork, potatoes and seasoning mix in large, heavy-duty plastic bag; shake to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork; cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Top with salsa and potatoes. Reduce heat to low.
Cover; Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
