List of Ingredients
1 can Beer
Cut ribs in sections of 3 or 4 ribs or leave whole.
Place in pan at least 2" deep and large enough to hold the ribs.
Coat ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce; add one can of your favorite beer or 1 cup water.
Cover loosely with tin foil.
Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
