Marinated Skirt Steaks

List of Ingredients
1 pound beef skirt steak (or flank steak), deeply pierced
3/4 cup your favorite Herb and Garlic Marinade with Lemon Juice
In large resealable plastic bag, combine beef and Herb and Garlic Marinade.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Grill until desired doneness is reached.
Shred beef to use in a variety of recipes as 'carne asada'.
