    ARTICHOKE APPETIZERS

    • 2-14 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained
    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • dash tarragon vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Place artichokes between layers of paper towels and squeeze to remove the moisture; cut in quarters. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, and vinegar in bowl. Add artichokes and stir gently just to coat. Turn onto glass plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks.
